Eni North Africa B.V. Libyan Branch ... Supply of office Furniture

Eni North Africa B.V. Libyan Branch (ENI NA) wishes to verify the availability of reputable, interested and experienced vendors specialized in providing the SERVICE/WORK relevant to the Supply and installation of office Furniture. The SERVICE/WORK to be performed by vendor is described in the Scope of work here below.

As a result of ENI NA evaluation in respect of above required services, only qualified, specialized and experienced vendors will be registered within ENI NA vendor list

Only qualified companies that have proven capability and recent experiences on supplying the required services will be considered for a potential tenders.

SCOPE OF WORK

- Vendor shall provide a list of office furniture, including photos, catalogues or drawings that can suits its needs. The list shall be written in the English language.

Administrative Documentation

1. Place of incorporation and details of the entity that will be submitting an offer in case Tender will take place, plus details of any Parent Company and Ultimate Holding Company;
2. Following data from last 3 years financial accounts, even by way of declaration.
   • Share capital;
   • Net Assets;
   • Short-term assets (current assets);
   • Short-term debts (short-term liabilities);
   • Turnovers.
3. Number of registered employees up to date.
4. Main declared activity.
5. Shareholding structure/chain, from the entity that will be submitting an offer (in case of Tender will take place) to the Ultimate Beneficial owners, possibly by providing a chart showing each level of ownership up to the Ultimate Beneficial.

NOTE:Point 1 to 7 can be provided also as declaration on letter head and signed by the legal representative

ENI NA.

Important Note:should your Company not able to provide the above required specific Services, you are kindly requested to not apply for this pre-qualification process.

Interested bidder, in case of invitation to Tender, shall identify and obtain all licenses, registrations and permits required in accordance with the Libyan Law pertaining to execution of the scope of work.

The closing date for the submission of the above mentioned documentation is fixed to    July 31, 2023 at noon (Libyan time).
