1. As the wells drilled deeper and deeper at present, in order to get higher tensile and torsion-resistant requirements for drill pipes, our company has introduced the high steel grade and high torsion-resistant drill pipe, which has higher tensile strength and torsional strength compared with the API drill pipe. Therefore, deeper wells will be drilled. Special material and unique heat treatment process enable the drill pipes to meet the requirements of yield strength and tenacity and to have better breaking tenacity and fatigue resistance. Improved specification and dimension are beneficial to increasing the hydraulic efficiency of drill well and fit for deep wells, extra-deep wells and large-displacement horizontal wells, with high strength, high tenacity and high fatigue resistance.
