Anti-high-temperature anti-filtering-loss agent ATJQ-4

1. Product Introduction

The anti-high-temperature anti-filtering agent ATJQ-4 is a polymer white powder product, suitable for freshwater, salt water, and seawater drilling fluid systems. Its temperature resistance reaches 220°C. The ATJQ-4 product has good compatibility with commonly used water-based drilling fluid treatment agents. Practical tests have proven that it is a high-quality anti-filtering agent for high-temperature drilling fluid systems in water-based drilling fluids.

2. Core Advantages

(1) Excellent anti-high-temperature performance

• Temperature resistance up to 220 °C: All performance can be comparable to international brand product Dristemp;

(2) Strong anti-salt and anti-calcium ability

• The product can resist one-valent salts to saturation and Ca2+ up to 5,000 ppm or more;

(3) Low dosage and high cost performance

• For freshwater drilling fluids, the dosage is 0.3-0.8%; for salt water drilling fluids, the dosage is 0.8-1.2%;

(4) Good compatibility

• It has good compatibility with various commonly used drilling fluid treatment agents.

3. Application Scenarios

（1）Suitable for anti-high-temperature anti-filtering in various water-based drilling and completion fluid systems;

（2） It can replace commonly used sulfonated anti-high-temperature anti-filtering agents to meet the requirements of drilling fluid's anti-high-temperature and anti-salt performance and environmental protection;

（3）Suitable for deep well and ultra-deep well drilling operations with well bottom temperature ≤ 220°C.
