Sealed bids are invited under Competitive Bidding Procedure on Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. The bid shall contain financial proposal and technical proposal in separate envelopes. Please note that the envelopes shall be marked as “FINANCIAL PROPOSAL” and “TECHNICAL PROPOSAL” in bold and legible letters to avoid confusion; a- Initially, only the envelope marked “TECHNICAL PROPOSAL” which includes complete profiles and experience of ATA’s execution not less than 05 years will be evaluated. b- The envelope marked as “FINANCIAL PROPOSAL” will be in the custody of field management without being opened. c- Technical proposals will be evaluated as per TOR/SOR without reference to the price and proposals which does not conform to the standards and criteria in TOR/SOR will be rejected, during the technical evaluation no amendments in the technical proposal shall be permitted. The Financial proposals of only technically qualified suppliers will be opened and unopened financial proposals of technically non-qualified bidders will be returned. However, in case the Bidder fails to abide by the terms of Bid document/Bid or violates the same, it may entail temporary debarment/ black listing for three (03) years. 5 The bids must be received by Courier at the Office of Field Manager (COF/MOF), half an hour earlier to the Bid Opening Time on the day mentioned above. The Bidder(s) or their Authorized Representative(s) are encouraged to attend the Tender Opening meetings at site. 6 Bidders are advised to register/log-in to obtain TENDER NO.
