CHANGE IN EVALUATION CRITERIA
STAGE 2: TECHNICAL EVALUATION ON CAPACITY TO DELIVER THE CONTRACT
Technical evaluation shall be carried out only if the tender is determined to be responsive to
the preliminary examination.
Bidder must demonstrate conformance to the all the technical specifications and
requirements as per section V of the tender document, and as tabulated below.

Bidder must fill the technical schedule as provided in Section V clause 13.
TR 2
OEM Lifecycle Support Letters – A letter from OEM indicating that remaining life cycle
SCADA HMI software and Server hardware is more than ten (10) years to protect the
employer from technical obsolescence.
TR 3
Successful completion of at-least two (2) SCADA HMI system projects using the same
SCADA HMI application for large power generation plants in the last ten (10) years
bidder must attach completion certificate and provide completed projects’ contacts. Attach
also certified work programs of the completed works.

Attach detailed work schedule showing minimum effect on availability of plant

Compliance to technical requirements as detailed in the tender document.
